By downloading or using Solis ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
The free plan allows you to scan and save up to 6 windows across 3 rooms, view today's sunlight hours (clear sky model), run the 2D simulation for today's date, and share reports with Solis watermark.
Solis Pro is available as a monthly subscription (AUD $4.99/month), annual subscription (AUD $29.99/year, includes 7-day free trial), or a one-time lifetime purchase (AUD $79.99).
Pro unlocks unlimited rooms and windows, weather-adjusted forecasts, seasonal date simulation, satellite map view, obstruction tracking, plant recommendations, and watermark-free reports.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Solis uses astronomical calculations and publicly available weather data to estimate sunlight hours. These are estimates only. Actual sunlight may vary due to local conditions, architectural features, or factors not captured during window scanning. Solis is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon for professional, architectural, or legal decisions.

All content, design, code, and features within Solis are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the sunlight calculations will be accurate for your specific circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
